What we store

• the email address you provide;
• the page language;
• the consent-text version and the time consent was recorded.

We do not add IP addresses, User-Agent data, referrers, cookies, advertising identifiers or payment details to your waitlist record.

How the data is used

Your email is used only for updates about Recall’s development, indicative pricing and launch. Joining the waitlist does not create an order, reservation or obligation to buy.

Consent and deletion

We store your email only after explicit consent. You may withdraw consent and request deletion by emailing privacy@minacta.com. Once email delivery is connected, every message must also include an unsubscribe method.

Retention

Your waitlist record is kept until Recall launches and for no longer than 12 months afterwards, unless you request deletion sooner. Backups follow the same policy, subject to their technical rotation cycle.

Analytics

The site stores only daily totals for page views, waitlist clicks and accepted waitlist submissions. To approximately separate people from known bots, the web server converts the User-Agent into one of three categories: likely human, bot/automation or unknown. The original User-Agent, raw events, visitor profiles, cookies, IP addresses and session identifiers are not retained. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings are respected.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored in the Recall VPS database and is accessible only for operating the project. We do not sell email addresses or share them with advertising networks. Infrastructure providers may process data only as needed to operate the service.

Changes to this notice

If the purpose or data collected changes materially, we will update this page and request fresh consent when required.
